Reservation Policies

At Mombasa, we are committed to offering an exceptional experience from the very first moment. That’s why we have established a few reservation policies to ensure your visit with us is perfect from start to finish.

RESERVATION HOURS

You can book your table at any time until 8:00 p.m. After this time, no new reservations will be accepted for the night.
Each reservation can include up to 6 people. If you need space for a larger group, please contact us via WhatsApp at ‪+57 313 563 0380‬.
Each table has a seating time of up to 2 hours to ensure all our guests can enjoy a pleasant experience.

LATE ARRIVALS

Punctuality is essential. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation to accommodate other guests.

RESERVATION CHANGES

Changes to the number of guests or the reservation time can be made with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice.

DRESS CODE

We kindly ask guests to dress appropriately, avoiding beachwear or overly casual clothing.

SPECIAL EVENTS

If you wish to celebrate a special occasion or book for an event, we invite you to contact us well in advance to guarantee the best experience.

DECORATIONS

A maximum of 6 balloons in black and gold, arranged on a base or display, is permitted. These must be provided by the guest.

PARKING

We recommend using the Rose Street parking lot, located just one block away at Cra. 37a # 8-43.
Parking costs are the responsibility of our guests.

PET POLICY

Pets are welcome only on our rooftop, as long as they remain under control and do not interfere with the experience of other guests.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for everyone.

MINORS POLICY

Minors are welcome in all areas of Mombasa, except on the rooftop, and must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.

At Mombasa, we are committed to protection and respect. We reject any form of sexual tourism and the sexual exploitation of minors.
